What products, sizes or options do you offer?
As our About page says, we offer just bandanas. Right now, our bandanas are 24×24 polyester printed with dye sublimation. We hope to have cotton options soon.
When do I receive confirmation of my order?
It may take a couple of minutes to receive confirmation after you’ve placed an order. If you don’t receive receive one within 30 minutes, reach out to us using the Contact Us page.
Shipping questions: When will I receive my order? Do you ship internationally? What shipping carrier and shipping methods are you using? Where is my tracking link? What is the processing time on my orders? What do I do if I haven’t received my packaged order after it ships?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you place your order, you may be able to change or cancel it. Because our bandanas are custom printed, once your order is in production, it unfortunately may not be changed or canceled.
I received a damaged or defective product, what do I do?
Please reach out to our customer support team describing the damage or defect. Be sure to include photo evidence of the damage or defect in your order.
Will the artwork on a product look exactly like the product image I view on my monitor or screen?
Please note that the images of our products on this website may look different on different monitors or screens, particularly regarding colors and sharpness. As a result, the images displayed on your monitor or screen may not be a precise representation of the artwork on the fabric of the product you have ordered. Such differences are not defects in the products.
What are your exchange, refund, and return policies?
If you receive a damaged or defective bandana or are shipped the wrong design, we will offer you a refund or an exchange if you contact us within seven (7) days of your receipt of the product. Use the Contact Us page to reach out to us, describing the problem for us. We may request a photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Can I use your product as a face mask?
Please do not use our bandanas as a face mask intended to inhibit viral or bacterial infection of yourself or the community. Please use a NIOSH-approved N95 or KN95 mask instead.
